My son brings his Bass on the plane and stores it in the overhead compartment above his seat, no problems yet.

The plane was packed because everyone was traveling back from NAMM and they all had suitcases in the overheads. It was crazy.

Fortunately for me, I have only had to check my guitar once. It was the old blue Martin case that's fairly indestructible. It still has the "fragile' sticker on it.

Glad it arrived safely. Now give us a demo of the sound. :) Never seen an acoustic guitar with a humbucker pickup like that :D

Oh boy this had me very nervous! I have never traveled with an instrument worth over $500. I think I would have bought an extra seat for that Cole Clark! 😅 glad you made it through.

It’s not ideal but I e not had an instrument break over the years. The cases always get beat up. Maybe I should have brought some bubble wrap with me..

@@aaronshortmusic someone told me once that you can make a request to the pilot and some of them allow it to be brought up to the cockpit - no idea if its true .. but worth a shot ..
