Jackie Korrn, from Schagen, The Netherlands, has dedicated her life to fitness and aspires to be on the WWE stage one day. "I train two to three hours a day, with a lot of weights," Jackie said. "I started there and keep building, building, building." After she went viral online after showing off her 25-inch “curvy girl muscles”, Jackie has received a flurry of job opportunities including participating in wrestling shows - and she hopes to take it to the next level one day. I am a 67 year old power lifter and fitness trainer and I have been working out since I was 15 years old and still work out in the gym 4 times a week. As an athlete big is not a problem if you are strong and healthy that is important. I'm proud of her, she's a strong athlete.

you don't seem to understand how bodies work... you can have fat arms with a big muscle mass underneath. She has clear definition for a fat woman. You cannot spot-reduce the fat areas. Those arms are the fat arms of a strong, muscular woman. Unfortunately, to grow that sort of muscle mass, you need to eat A LOT, even though that level of exercise (especially for woman) causes excess weight gain and water retention (more than for men with similar diet and lifestyle) because that kind of stress triggers adrenal issues, visceral fat etc which go straight to her arms and torso and would be the last thing she'd lose if she were to try to lose weight to gain definition

The less well educated might struggle with English though. A great deal of Dutch people also speak German too. My hubby is Dutch 🥰

Just because you're strong and have muscles doesn't mean you're not overweight. You're big arms consists of both muscles and fat. So technically you don't have bigger arms than Arnold in terms of muscles, just in terms of fat. Also fat can be hard too. It's not always soft. Eventually she will have to lose all that weight for her health and her arms won't be so big. This is glamorizing obesity.
