If you don’t have permanent damage to your back, regular adjustments can do wonders! Yes, it takes a while in the beginning for them to get your back into shape. I would recommend finding one that does initial x rays so they can see exactly what they are working on.

The first time I went to a chiropractor, I stopped going to doctors. Got so much better treatment for so many surprising conditions from chiropractors. So now I use chiropractors, physical therapists, and nurse practitioners more than I’ll use doctors. Doctors are for the serious stuff like unavoidable surgery.

Add a good massage therapist to the mix. Between m😅y massage therapist and chiropractor I was able to put off shoulder replacement surgery for 10 years..unfortunately I have to get it done but am counting on them to help my recovery

You gotta find a good one though. 90 percent of chiropractors are scammers. I have 3 disc that are about 60 percent gone. I didn't disclose this info and got a xray. The dude comes in and says my neck has some minor problems hahahha. Then I asked him bout my lower. He then claimed he was looking at the wrong xray. I left

I have a leg differential. I have orthotic inserts made at the foot and ankle docs office. They make a slight lift in the shoe insert and it immediately puts my body back into alignment and takes the torque off my back. Instant relief.

My father, all 4 of his brother's and a brother-in-law were Chiropractors and had a practice here in NH back in the '50s, 60s & 70s when Chiropractors were considered witch doctors. Ted Williams of the Boston Red Sox was my father's patient and firmly believed in the healing power. Glad you're getting treatment, stick with it and it will do wonders for you!

My step-father was a chiropractor. It works wonders. You should be able to get a lift for inside your shoe that will help with the shorter leg. It's basically like an insole. Hope you are feeling better soon.

Consider an inversion table. We bought one for my husbands back pain and it was a game changer. Ask your Chiropractor.

I have been to the chiropractor in the past & it has helped somewhat. I then went to a pain management doctor & found there are issues with my SI joints in my lower back. I now get shots in those joints (ouch!) & my hips about every 6 months. But, I’m a lot older than you, too! Hope you get some relief. Like someone else suggested acupuncture & massages would be good, too.

Chiropractors can help tremendously but they do tend to tell you to keep coming back. Trust me you can get fixed with a couple treatments, especially if you can do sustainable Gorilla squats. Those squats have helped more than anything other than the titanium rods.

I’m 65 and a masters oly weightlifter. All I see is a chiropractor and massage/acupuncture person ( ok yes, and heating pad, lol). You might invest in a good back brace for support.

A chiropractor is good but yoga is GREAT! Julian I am telling you I had knee, back, hip pain and then I started yoga. Yes it SUCKED at first and took about 4 weeks to get used to it but it was amazing the benefits and relief I saw.

Please be careful going to the chiropractor. I went for back pain and ended up having surgery. My surgeon said that the treatments he did (only three) made things worse.

The RAT FINK would be a cool item for your booth. Although, depending on the shipping, might also be a good item for ebay. You would have to check to see if it's a hand crafted item or an actual Rat Fink branded item, though. Us old farts that were raised as car guys because of our dads used to collect Rat Fink trading cards. I'd have to do some deep diving, but I think I may still have a few of those. I think I may have a few Elvis trading cards, and a few of the real (the television series) Charlie's Angels trading cards. Sadly, I never came up with a complete set of any of the aforementioned sets. Never had the poster, but one time I had the Farrah Fawcett spiral bound notebook. I just hope the mice haven't ruined any of the stuff I mentioned. None of y'all know what it's like to have mice ruin old keepsakes...

I sure hope your back gets better. When I fell in Sept of last year I really seriously injured my left him, thre pelvis out, etc and was doing physical therapy and they really weren't doing me any good and I was told I could walk on own 2 feet again but could take 1-2 years to heal. I'm walking with cane now and I got tired of PR cause thet didn't seem to be doing me any good so went to my chiropractor and I was a mess. My pelvis was out of whack, my hip ball socket is a mess he can't get the ball to stay in socket and move freely around and I am in constant pain 24/7. Anyway my chiropractor has been working wonders and I do feel better than I have and he is so close to getting me back to walking on my own feet. They are a lit better than Drs and it will take a few ldays before your back begins to feel better but please don't do any heavy lifting by yourself, ask for help, nothing wrong with that. Better to be safe than sorry. Love your new booth. You take care.

Your "Dog" seems to be missing a Tray in his mouth & on his paws..Great idea to turn tge open entrance of the new booth into a sales wall.. To me it seemed Kayla put breakable things on the edge she left open for an entrance.. Too easy for them to be knocked off.. Good Luck!!
