Try this easy recipe for Chicken Legs in Tomato Sauce with Vegetables! 👩‍🍳
This is a very appetizing and very tasty dish! 😋 If you want a delicious dinner, cook chicken legs according to my recipe!

Ingredients:
● Chicken legs - 8 pcs
● Salt, Provençal herbs, paprika, oregano
● Horseradish - 1 tbsp
● Olive oil
● New potatoes - 800 g
● Red onion - 1 pc
● Bell pepper - 1 pc
● White dry wine - 100 ml
● Tomato puree - 400 ml
● Sun-dried tomatoes - 70 g
● Butter - 120 g
● 4 cloves of garlic

Sophie does her meal prep like she’s a chef! I love watching her. It’s so relaxing, unhurried….and looks simple to make, always with inexpensive meat and lots of fresh vegetables, usually in 1 or 2 pots or pans. And the lovely piano is so peaceful and relaxing. I love seeing her beautiful enameled stewing pots and floral teakettle with the glowing candles in the background. It looks like there couldn’t be anything more enjoyable to do today than to make what Sophie is making for dinner! Thank you for your wonderful recipes and beautiful videos. From California.

I´m writing from germany and cook it at this moment the 2nd time in 4 days because it`s sooooo delicious! Der Meerrettich und die Lorbeerblätter geben dem Ganzen den absoluten "Pfiff". Ich habe lediglich zu den Paprika noch eine frische rote Chilli hinzugefügt weil ich es scharf mag 😂 Vielen Dank!

I knew I was gonna be a chef watching Julia child and my mother and grandmother. I was 4 when I filled a plastic bowl with water and put it on the stove and learned not to do that. Iv been cooking now for fifty years professionally. My grandmother came here from Germany after world War one and she taught me so much especially not wasting food. She told me she ate turnips 3 times a day during the war. Needless to say we do not cook turnips when she's around.

I was 13 when i first cooked. Made rice greenbeans and oxtail. The oxtail was still hard 😂 because i didnt know you had to make it tender first by boiling it or putting it into a presurecooker. My mom took the oxtail with the sauce and put it into the presurecooker and we end up still eating on time . 😅 I will never forget that.
