My favorite, never-failing beef stew recipe. Simple and very delicious!! You will be in love with this extremely easy and so delicious!! Try this easy recipe and let me know in a comment's "How do you like it?''.
Beef - 3 lb.
Onion - 2 pcs.
Apple - 2 pcs.
Black pepper - 1 tsp.
Ginger - 1 tsp.
Cloves of garlic - 4 pcs.
Tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
Soy sauce - 5 tbsp.
Honey - 2 tbsp.
Bacon - 3 slices
Water - 2-3 cups
Salt - 1 tsp.
Coriander - 1 tsp.
Basil - 1/2 tsp.
Thyme - 1/2 tsp.
Butter - 3 tbsp.
Parsley

Made this last night- it was fabulous! Fun way to cook together (hubby helped), really great results! We live in Costa Rica where the beef is usually questionable- the 90 min simmer made it absolutely fantastic... THANK YOU!!

I love the recipe but that gum I have to sit through this video to watch and then I have to remember all those steps which I won't be able to and so then I have to watch it five times before I can make it and even though I do want to make it and I do want to like this chef at the end of the day I just need a recipe I can print out and then I would love him. Is there a way to get a written recipe I can print out instead of having to watch a dadgum video 12 times to Sunday

That just looks really weird, the ingredients just don't go together. And was it really necessary to squish it all up with your bare hands, what's wrong with with a wooden spoon? Put me off even more.
