2 slices of bread.
Fry on both sides in a dry pan.

Salt.
Black pepper.
Ricotta 60-70 gr.
vegetable fat.
2 eggs.
While the eggs are frying, I spread the gucomole.

This looks absolutely delicious! I’ve had something similar, but not with the addition of the ricotta cheese. Definitely going to try it with the ricotta, as I looooove ricotta with just about everything!

Because I don't like fried egg (spiegelei) I make this recipe with a soft boiled egg. Sometimes I cut the soft-boiled egg into pieces and mix it with the avocado, sometimes I put egg slices on top of the avocado.

Coisa boaaaa! No Brasil gostamos muito de abacate (avocado). Eu, particularmente, adoro bater no liquidificador o abacate com leite e açúcar, pode ser adoçante também. A nossa vitamina de abacate 🇧🇷
