NOT JUDGING but I do wonder if Wobblers in her case and especially Risey as a young stallion was caused by normal and rough play as normal young horse behaviour.

Yes, it is clear they all love and trust Yvonne. But I wonder if this was because Myrthe was already feeling the symptoms of Wobbler and just couldn't stand any longer. Poor thing seemed to go so quickly.

First, Myrthe lying down with the swans in the background was an incredible shot. Then, Mathilde lies down off a ways from you and Myrthe, followed by Marije lying down right next to Myrthe! Amazing! Yvonne, you are indeed a horse whisperer and the Pied Piper to all of the mares and foals at Stal G, the way they all follow you around and always want to be with you out in the meadow. This is by far, is one of the most beautiful scenes . The horses were so peaceful and serene! Totally so relaxed and confident that they were safe with you close by. It was so beautiful to have the amazing swans , just floating along with the horses so near. No one was nervous. I loved the way they completely accepted you sitting close by them. You are accepted as one of them, but you are the leader and in command. Your eyes just sparkle out in the sunshine.🥰💐 I was able to get several screenshots. So proud of the photos with the beautiful white swans and the shiny black Friesians! I am a painter. I may try to paint a scene inspired by some of the screenshots. No offense, there's no such thing as a horse whisperer.... What it is, is.... Someone who knows horse/herd behavior and how they non-verbally communicate. She know her horses.... Native Americans, I dummy believe, ever used brutality to ride a horse. They became someone who was safe to be around and respected then as horses. Trust first

it looks like a dream world to me.....25 beautiful friesians in their native ancestral beautiful pastures.....one the world's best horse whispers communicating with her horses on a level that is so rare......videoed masterfully as always.....even the Netherlands Air Force......the Koninklijke....pilot from Leeuwarden Air Force base had to swoop in in his f-16 to get a better look....I do not blame him......thank you yvonne for making this video and posting it while you are so busy at the barn with the newborn

@@virtualselfie6899 I have not been there....I want to go someday when it is safe...I just like military jets....I have been trying to learn a lot about the Netherlands since I discovered this channel....I have a background in architecture and construction and I love the architecture of the old buildings in Amsterdam and other cities in the Netherlands. Especially the beautiful brick work. I watch a lot of you tube about the Netherlands . Fascinating country and history.

So very sweet. When you can sit in a field next to a sitting horse .... is the day you "know" you have been accepted as part of their herd. It truly is magical. So glad Mrythe allowed it! That made the others feel safe to do so as well. I didn't have swans floating nearby though 😁 I hope you never forget this 'first' time.

I always say you remind me of Dr. Jane Goodall, whose chimpanzees would come to her as their mem. They would hug and embrace her. She would heal them and return them to the forest. What a picture perfect landscape, what more could a person want. Yvonne, with the horses laying next to her, the swans are beautiful and we get to see the yearlings and 2 year olds. I just watched the video again for the umptieth time and can come to only one conclusion: this is the best video Yvonne ever made! I challenge anyone to prove to me that there is a better one! I still love, love, love it!It may also be a little because this video helped me so much when I really needed it....

That make a beautiful picture. Just you sitting with the young girls . around you while they are laying down eating grass. And the swons in the backround like that.. And the others mares are close by. On the other side. And wonding what are you talking about. With them. I wish someone was there to a picture of that. And hang in the Barn .or in your house . so you always have that memory . when they were little fillies too. All my Love to you. And the filles too.

Wow, what a beautiful day with gorgeous black Friesians and white swans and that green, green grass. You're spring is so far along. I'm in Canada and 4 feet of snow has just started melting today (Mar 11th). So nice to see all the horses, especially the young ones being so relaxed with you. Thank you so much for taking us along with you :)
