Hormone issues 100% get worse as you age. Especially when you reach your 40s. There’s Perimenopause (which is horrible…can’t sleep, hot flashes, hair thinning/loss amongst a bunch of other symptoms) and then issues with thyroid which basically has your hormones all over the place causing weight gain, excessive fatigue, mood swings. I’ve been struggling with this a lot and it’s very depressing. I have 2 good weeks a month where I feel like a go getter and productive, and then the week before and the week of my period it’s just an emotional and physical roller coaster. It’s really sad we have to suffer like this. Cramps and bloating and pms when we are young, then perimenopause and thyroid issues (even hashimoto’s which is awful) when we are in our 40s. The US food and big pharma has caused us to have major autoimmune issues and basically we have to eliminate almost everything from our diets to survive a normal day. I can’t eat most of what I used to eat in my 20s and 30s. Then there’s menopause which I hear is terrible as well. Like damn, when can we women get a break? 😩

We are in 2024 and lip or eye pencils that are not automatic and have a brush at the end is a big no for me. Anyway, you look amazing in your Pj......YOU should have collaborated with Sweed cause you are excellent with make up ...and shall add stunning too???
