Also I believe it was mentioned somewhere that, to make the voice acting more believable, the actors did the line reads for their characters first, and then listened to each other's reads of the lines, before swapping, so here, Rosenbaum is doing an impression of Clancy Brown's read of the line, while still leaving enough of his Flash voice to make it clear that it is Luthor's inflection with Flash's vocal cords. Equally, the other side of the story is Clancy Brown doing an impression of Michael Rosenbaum's line reads.

Well, considering Michael Rosenbaum (voice actor for The Flash) played Lex in Smallville.

Yeah it's annoying when people who are 'smart' somehow know everything about everything. Batman is supposed to he a detective, self aware and intelligent, but in the movie he was basically a brute, out of character. Same with Lex. He felt more like a cartoon than the actual cartoon, which isn't a good thing.

Superman doesn't wear a mask, and only Bruce Wayne has the money to afford all of Batman's gadgets, also he does get hurt and bleed occasionally DNA test are a thing. The fact that finding out who they are is apparently very hard is just a willing suspension of disbelief on the part of the audience.

(Edit)Figuring out Batman's identity is easy, especially if you follow his first years as a crime fighter where he was figuring out everything and likely made a ton of mistakes. It's true that the trope of 'being smart and figuring everything out' exists, but in Lex's case the man doesn't need to meet the Batman in person to figure it out, maybe to confirm it. Hell with Lex's money he can easily hire someone to go and collect a blood from a batman fight and find out who Batman is. Also Wally West isn't a famous person in the show, hence his face isn't something Lex immediately recognize.

Considering vocal training, accents, and ideas around how your voice is more a product of your environment, i'd actualy say it'd be pretty reasonable for the swapped person's voice to come through, if they're the same sex and roughly the same body type... it does feel weird though.

And in the case of a theoretical mind swap, sure, maybe accents or inflections and mannerisms would come through, but the overall voice would be the same as the original owner of the body.

Your vocal cords are still shaped in a way specific to you. That along with the shape and condition of your mouth and nasal passages are going to determine your overall pitch and tone. These can be adjusted with a lot of training but even then you'll still have a range determined by your physical body.​@@Jake28

If you had super speed it'd be pretty easy to be famous. Imagine if he unmasked to find Usain Bolt and suddenly you know why he won all those races! As a villain he probably doesn't even understand the concept of a humble life. In his eyes not using the speed to become, say, a professional sports player, or to cheat at competitions in other fields, is a waste.

It's funny how many comments I see about this. It's pretty obvious that voices don't actually carry over in body swap episodes unless the characters react to it. It's like background music: It's purely for the audience's benefit, and only the audience perceives it.

Lex assumes that Power and importance are connected. If someone had amazing powers like the flash then surely his real name is someone of great importance. In his mind there’s no way a random nobody could have the immense powers of the flash. It’s why when he made a program that identified superman as Clark kent he assumed it didn’t work correctly. There’s no way some farm body from a small town like smallville could ever have the powers of superman.

This is Lex Luthor in Flash's body. Only someone as evil as Luthor would break the sacred rule of adequate bathrooms.

Now you've got me questioning the bathroom infrastructure of the Watchtower. Do the men’s rooms have urinals? Are all the bathrooms just gender neutral for simplicity's sake? How many bathrooms are there total? Or did the background artists just not care enough to include visible urinals?

@@WarriorAuranae Now I ain't ever been in a GN bathroom because I live in Utah, but I assume there'd be urinals in a gender neutral bathroom. There are no urinals in this bathroom, which means it's probably one of the other explanations or Lex did indeed run into the women's bathroom.

One thing I hated about the body swap trope was in Kim Possible. When Kim and Ron traded bodies, Kim kept all of her natural abilities. Like, they traded bodies, not nervous systems. How did she retain her muscle memory?
