I have been trying to apply into one of the collages in Canada but I have not seen a school that is offering a top up for Registered Nurses (RN ) diploma, as some of their admissions requirements are university degree.

IRCC and ESDC start by verifying that the letter contains all the requirements set above regarding salary, job description, and general conditions of the work. But they take a step ahead by confirming existence of the employer. IRCC and ESDC use the contact information of the employers to assure that they are real and legit. In addition to the verification of the Canadian Government, the Immigration Service Canada (ICS) an independent immigration firm located in Canada have all the resources and experience to gather the necessary information that can detect any fraud or fake job letters.
