I also bought several Antec 300 cases in the US I believe for around $40. I think they were from Frys which sadly doesn't exist anymore either. It was a great case in those times for the money.

lol, thanks for sharing, funny story, I am using an old powerspec case for my current gaming pc.. 7900xtx, 7800x3d, etc.. and no temp issues at all, the case came with two 140s in the front and a 120 in the rear.. I am using a noctua d15 cooler but could only use the middle fan as the one that over laps the ram would not fit in the case.

The 750Ti is an awesome gpu for retro XP build😎👍🏻 You could build a tiny retro gaming machine👌🏻

The wrong screws in the ssd I am guilty of also 😂 out of straight laziness tho 😂 I assume Nick had a reason better then being Lazy back 10 years ago tho.

3:14 I know why. Because mATX cases back in the day sucked. They were only for ultrabudget builds. Same with mATX boards, they were just bottom of the barrel. Only ATX cases and some ITX cases were good for enthusiasts and cooling etc... Good mATX cases were either rare or a niche like media centres. Today there is a burgeoning enthusiast class of mATX tower cases and enthusiast-class motherboards. But back then, you bought mATX to save money.
