The reason you got negative xp was because the data that stores the value is an integer and if you go over the max 2,147,483,647 it will roll over into its negative range which starts at - 2,147,483,647. Just some programming nonsense that Jagex didn't expect when making leagues, since max xp is usually 200 mil.

The Dharok Helm and Guthan Skirt have MUCH lower stats compared to any other helm and any other legs - you may want to send a bit more barrows.

Negative XP is integer overflow. They used a signed int32 to hold xp amount and when you went over 2,147,483,647 (2^(31)-1) it rolled into the msb which holds the negative flag. Not sure why they wouldn't use an unsigned integer since there is no reason to have negative xp values. Could have doubled the amount of xp you could of had.

When the number goes over 2,147,483,648 it goes negative. It’s called a 32 bit signed integer. 2^(32-1) = 2,147,483,648 2^32 = 4,294,967,296 But to support negative and positive it needs to be a signed integer.

I love how all us fire salers acknowledge and accept the fire sale copium we're huffing. I love the build as well. I've yet to even watch the video but I can relate as it's what I wanted to do for Leagues as well lol. Like my goal for Leagues was basically learn the raids so I set myself the goal of Bulwark + Justiciar as it forces me into 2 of them for a fun unique build. I'm still pretty new so figured Leagues would be a great chance to learn late game content. Regions I went were Zeah, Desert then Morytania. You could easily not go Desert and go Asgarnia or Kandarin for more mid game options/piety but I was looking to learn ALL the raids from this so. Desert it was myself. Not a great pick and I feel i shot myself in the foot a bit for the mid game. I really think Asgarnia would be more optimized here. But Desert it was. More fire sale copium idk. Melee Relic, Ruinous Powers, Soul Stealer and Guardian. Keeping my spellbook on Arceuus for Thralls as well. From trying to do research on it via reddit and stuff it looks like Piety defense bonus doesn't boost Bulwark at all so the Ruinous Power Decimate ends up being a bit better. Another huge reason I went this was for Umbra's Vow. You reduce your enemies defense from your attacks while it's active. This is also kinda why I feel Asgarnia is better then Kandarin unless you really wanted the farming relic. So with my bonus defense from melee relic, bonus damage and def drain from ruinous, i deal more damage and thus sustain myself better with Soul Stealer and have a both my Guardian and thralls to just contribute a ton of raw DPS. I'm still only on the T7. Haven't gotten Guardian yet. But even without the Bulwark and Justiciar the build has started to really come online.

Pip! This is important. An idea that could break osrs. You already did -200m cooking... someone else used Zeal and Soul Wars to -xp a combat skill. What happens when you -200mxp ALL combat skills? Also, what happens when you -xp HP?? It could be boring and a waste of time, but I bet it'll be fun to try! You should grind it out lol

I’m a ranger and with berserker and dragon dragonstone e bolts I can proc around a 150 with the double hit. In fights like with kree and graddor berserker is absolutely incredible but for longer drawn out fights soul stealer easily beats it especially if you got onyx e bolts or a blood fury.

You got negative xp because the maximum number of anything that the game can store is 2.147 billion, that’s why max cash is 2.147 billion because the game limits you being able to get more gp because getting more gp is outside the program capable boundaries, and it literally can’t store anymore data, so it goes to the next value which is -1, a similar thing happens when you try to do -1, it wraps back around to 2.147 billion, that’s why there was a max cash glitch on coin pouches that one time. Jagex has no limit for how much xp you can get in a single xl drop because they didn’t anticipate anyone would be able to get that much xp within a 6 hour sitting, the only limit is a cumulative one of 200 million.

Your xp went negative because of “interger overflow” this is just a programming thing not a RuneScape thing However it definitely still doesn’t make sense because you would have needed 2 billion xp to do that. My assumption is that 200mil is the xp threshold and you had an xp drop higher than that which somehow resulted it in going to max value
