Power Estimate: Although this deck was designed as a meme, it did surprise me at just how capable it felt, landing at a 58% win rate. It should probably still be reserved for fun first and foremost, but it's capable enough if you're looking for something crazy that won't sacrifice a ton of ranks.

@@PenitusVox it feels like it would be intentional, surely programming just "check power of cards remaining in deck" wouldn't absorb variant or card effects? I also hope it stays regardless of whether its intentional or not

@@dylanh8163They've said it's a bug, alongside the thing where you can't properly click on Blob on the field. I do hope they keep it arround in some shape though.

@@dylanh8163 The weird thing is that that's not all he does. Blob literally pulls all of the cards out of your deck and litters them all over the battlefield but they're invisible except for their split effects. Sometimes they stack neatly on top of Blob but usually they don't.

Yeah this bug also sometimes prevents moving cards too. Have had games with vision next to him and can't move the vision

Its a treat to watch you in these games. Your quiet declaration of tilt is such a contrast to the salt that pours from some when things don't go the way they wanted. And your sheer joy at the gambit play made it even more hilarious.

The actual greediest version of this deck would be to cut both wave and electro and slot in Red Skull and Hulk. Turn 1 You get Pegasus, play Blob (correctly) into the Nexus, then evade the Shang Chi and Shadow King for the rest of the game. (Retreat every other game)

I’m in love with this deck. I ended up swapping out Destroyer, Vision and Aero for Magik, Crystal and Psylocke. Just took me from 80 to 90 with one loss.

Regis knows the assignment, he put cards with crackle effect so that it would show when Blob eats the cards.

I used this deck with some minor changes to climb to infinite literally ten minutes before the season ends. It's my first time hitting infinite since I started playing three months ago.

I just played 10 games with this deck and also did suprisngly well. It's quite fun. I dont think most people except such huge turn 5 or 6 drops.

id say try to have armor as well since shang is everywhere and u can also protect your big stuff from destroyer if needed

If you replace Aero with Magik, it'll only reduce your Blob by 7 in the worst case, but will also provide you many more opportunities to get that combo off 😁 My current Blob deck that I've been enjoying doesn't have Wave, but I use Psylocke, Electro, and Magik for the early Blob, then either Taskmaster or Tribunal depending on draws; importantly, I also include Armor to protect Blobby Boi from things like Shang or... Gambit 😁

IMO Blob should only grab the top 3 cards from your deck. His current ability is absolutely absurd, a turn 6 50+ power for literally no cost is insane. Even Knull has limitations for his crazy power.

@10:51 Why can't you blob into Jotunheim? If the opponent darkhawks, they lose because blob sucks away the cards in your deck... Annnnnnd doubling the ongoing effects is 2 times 0. But the other move feels like a big flex.

This style of deck was absolutely crushing until EVERYONE put Shang-Chi in their deck. The only decks that can beat it on raw power are full on exodia combos with far lower success rates. Ignoring interference this deck will hit double Blob in well over half its games (if you include Psylocke), and even when you miss Blob ramping into other big 6s can still steal games fairly regularly.

Am I the only one that feels like marvel snap is the greediest game on the market?? I love play but I'm so frustrated I've spent hundreds on dollars and still can't get the cards you need to be competitive. They claim this game is to prevent whales but they just feed on the BIGGEST whales and make the game so hard for everyone else.
