Being an Orton mark, I really do want Randy to break Flair’s World Title record. I believe he genuinely deserves it. It would be the ultimate way to repay Randy for his loyalty and dedication towards the company by allowing him to do so. Even Ric flair during a promo in the pandemic era said he wants Randy to break his record. I was smiling listening to Randy throughout that whole podcast.

I believe you can find the interview , when asked about if he has a Cody story to tell .

Here’s a fact that will blow your mind. Randy Orton debuted nearly 22 years ago. Next year will be the 20th anniversary of his first world title. LA Knight and Damien Priest are considered future stars..and they’re both 41 years old. Only 2 years younger than Orton.

Randy was spitting absolute facts with all that of current wrestlers being way too over reliant on doing crazy stunts. Its impressive and all, and i respect those guys and how they risk their bodies, but you can only do the same spot over and over for very few time before it becomes stale. I also respect how Randy said that, its a common opinion on veteran wrestlers but some of them say it on a trashy way that ends up feeling rude, Randy said it how it is but he didnt sounded like an asshole.

5:00 Logan Paul is criminally good for a guy who has barely any matches under his belt. I doubt he'll ever be a road guy, doing untelevised house shows, but honestly? He'd be a FANTASTIC addition to the weekly televised roster, even if he only actually wrestles every 2-3 weeks. He delivers banger after banger, he's great on the mic, and he's almost a tweener in his crowd reaction, because he mostly talks like a heel but the crowd LOVES his in-ring work. I could even see him starting a faction of younger, influencer-type up and coming wrestlers. Imagine the Nexus but they're all super active on social media.

No, we need to be respecting athletic wrestlers, they don't HAVE to do the athletic crazy moves, they do it for us, the viewing experience of any show would suck if the wrestling was not solid, we'll still get moments, emotions, stories but the wrestling being good helps the quality of the show a lot

This is my take on the randy's 17th world championship first he gets one or 2 titles sometime now and then maybe he drops it and give it a year or smtg I want some title relinquish angle and the title should be vacant which is when cena returns and orton and him feud for the title and make it a title vs retirement match in a wrestle mania main event I feel this would be perfect and their matches have always been the best
@dark-winged-angel136

I believe Randy should draft to Raw and start feuding with Rollins over the WHC perhaps they can trade back and forth over the course of a year and legitimize the prestige of the WHC or involve others like McIntyre,Sheamus,Lashley etc. And it have this spand over the course of 2 years,at most and no further,thus to not make it too obvious of the agenda This way Rhodes can have a lengthy run with the Undisputed title,leaving fans happy.Then finally,Rhodes will relinquish the title to a kayfabe injury(maybe his pectoral tore off again in a match) and thus Cena and Orton are handpicked as the contenders,either at Wrestlemania or Summerslam(if the card is nice) I predict that there wouldn't be very much backlash regardless of who won and because the possible comeback of Rhodes will have weight and intrigue on both ends Rhodes vs Cena:battle for Cody to take up the mantle of the face of wwe Rhodes vs Orton:mentor against mentee

@1:51 I’ll never understand that. The Rock is an example of someone LEAVING the company. He left for years without ever looking back, during his PRIME. John Cena held the WWE for 15years+. & now in his mid-late 40’s he found success in Hollywood. He didn’t take 7 years to come back to us neither, he makes it a goal to never go a year without doing something for us. There’s a difference @6:05 Not for me, as soon as I saw Randy vs Dom on the match card- I instantly thought back to WM22, how long we’ve come since then, how Randy gets to wrestle Rey’s son 🔥

Randy Orton is going to be the next Ric Flair and he’s going to influence a ton of new wrestlers. One star I think would benefit from working with Randy would be Austin Theory. Maybe forming a heel faction with him and Grayson Waller down the line. I like Austin Theory, and I wish for him to become a better heel and a better more believable superstar. Right now Austin is looking like a 2008 Miz, but remember what we said about the Miz and how he’s a legend now.

So is the title a representation of employee of the month? I stopped watching wrestling ages ago, 2003-ish. Back to my original question; I always saw it as weird flex when you say "N-time" champion; thinking to myself, "you lost it how many times?" It seems that the months held would supersede how many times you won a WWE championship. It being an employee of the month type of award would make more sense.

It should all come down to Randy winning the title again then losing it for a while until it gets vacated and at some WM it’s Randy vs Cena winner gets the title over 17 time champ and loser retires
