Head and Shoulders is probably the best shampoo for dandruff. Not sure if you have that there in Cebu but highly likely you do. I have never had that issue but do suffer from skin conditions myself.

I Use Non Sulfate / Sulfate - free for both my Shampoo and Non Sulfate Conditioner!... It has made my hair Healthy , aside from my Weekly DIY Hot oil treatment at home ...( Fresh alo vera from my garden, VCO, castor oil, olive oil , mixed together, try to put it mostly on your Scalp, wrapped for a few hours, then shampoo & Conditioner) 👍😊

When I was working I had a dandruff too now nothing maybe because of stress or anxiety . I use Nizoral it's effective but I only used that 2x a week when my scalf was itchy because Nizoral is so " matapang " you can buy that in a sachet. I always said go to the salon is part of self-care. As a woman we need that 👍😊.

I had dandruff as well but I use kerastase anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner and I’m so happy about it. a bit pricy but it’s fine coz my dandruff gone

Shampoo that has tea trea oil or you can add with your regular shampoo. Or you could just use hot oil treatment at your house.
