Same here. 2000 I got rear ended at 45 mph. Almost ripped the seat out of the trooper I had. I thought I'd be Mr. Nice Guy and just go with massage. It did get better and I held off for a year and I settled for a pittance and a lifetime of neck pain. I'd had a bad experience with a local chiropractor which kept me from trying one again.

Surely you read the hundreds of other comments that didn't use any social tact at identifying what might be ailing you. My first Tristen video. He is doing great. I see that he lost weight and is in great shape. Sometimes I think that Dr. Johnson, at least on the videos, never emphasized weight loss and fitness for people's chiropractic issues. Hopefully, Tristan integrates this. Also, I thought his adjustment technique for the neck was better than Dr. Johnson with less twisting which can be dangerous.
