You talking about your dog you had to let go was something I needed. We put my dog down 2 days ago and I’m experiencing so much hurt. Can’t sleep, can’t eat, can’t go to work. I know it’ll get better, but today I needed some comfort. Thank you ❤️

my cat passed back in October and I just wanted to let you know that you will heal with time. We knew it was coming but just her not being here hurt me so much. I started falling behind in my classes, I stopped talking to people, I felt like part of me left with her. But now in February I’m able to remember her with happiness instead of sadness because the fact that I got to spend 16 whole years with her full of love and cuddles. I don’t know how long you were with your dog but please believe me when I say they enjoyed every moment you spent with them. Think about all of the love that you have for your dog and think about how wonderful it is, because it’s a unique sort of love. Also, I know this is already super long but don’t feel sorry or be hard on yourself for grieving in certain ways. Grief never really goes away, just changes, so if you’re still sad after months that is perfectly okay. A friend judged me because I got a kitten pretty soon after my cat passed and said it was selfish of me, but I knew my cat would want me to help another animal that needs a home :) Stay safe and please stay strong because with time you will heal.

Idk about everyone else, but I have SEVERE anxiety, especially when falling asleep, and so listening to something like this is incredibly soothing to since it makes me feel like someone is next to me, and also distracts me, when usually I sit there awake thinking the anxious thoughts I usually think about. I never realised when I was 10 that I’d be able to sleep without having a panic attack, and here I am finding a way to cope instead of giving up on sleep because it scares me to much!

Perfect timing... I have a little panic attack and no one to talk to calm me down (bc it's 1am here) so this is very calming to me! Go get Bragg’s nutritional yeast, take 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp at night. You can also sprinkle on your favorite dishes and salad. Nutritional yeast contains good amount of vitamin B1, deficiency in this vitamin is linked to anxiety and panic attacks

I love the title, really makes you feel good. I love these kinds of videos when gibi does them. Also think it will be nice when she starts getting to have a full on social life again. having insomnia sucks right now when i’m rewatching my this it is about 3:00 am and i haven’t slept yet and this happens every night and i normally don’t get to sleep at all maybe half an hour if i’m lucky but gibi watching your vids helps so much and i actually have started to get a little more sleep keep doing all your amazing work

I feel like you’ve spoken about you stressing yourself out in a previous ramble, something about just enjoying what you’re doing in the moment. But yeah, it’s definitely easier said than done lol. I don't experience ASMR, but I have severe sleep anxiety. To surpass this, I used to listen to podcasts/TV shows. Focusing on someone else talking allows me to forget about focusing on sleeping. White noise/normal triggers don't work for this (let's my mind wonder too much) so these kind of unpolished chatty videos are my favourites, so thank you Gibi ❤
