The one-use-per-set rule for Steve is actually very smart. It forces people to think and really consider when they want to pull that ace card out. Wish more tournaments did this. Not to mention it forces people to try other characters, not just one. More variety = a healthier meta.

Dk bill, Mistymoo, Zap and Salem were definitely giving some of the most exciting matches I've seen in a while and with characters you would definitely not expect Salem's Bayonetta has to be my favorite though despite Zap's Bowser Jr and Moo's K rool.

Kazuya's Down B/Command grab is known as "Heaven's Door" Kazuya's Comeback Mechanic, though just being a stronger Down B, is known as "Rage Drive" And though Parz never did it, Kazuya's 2nd Back throw/command throw is known as "Hell's gate".

Was thinking a total ban would be a good option to stay in line with other tournaments, but i think as long as you are dealing with a smaller size and are able to review every match it is actually a good idea the way you nerfed steve.
