"I tried using 1 DCAL for a 500-litre tank 2 years ago. It softened the water, but the issue is that when we pump the water to the overhead tank, this device takes 24 hours to soften the water in the tank. After that, we can use the water. However, this isn't practical for us since we need to use the water immediately after pumping it to the overhead tank. Additionally, it only lasts around 8 months before all the particles leak out."

I am using more than 5 months not very much effective.. Still salt deposition I am able to see in taps and pipes and I am using two filters for 1000 litres tank. It is best you can buy ro waters instead of this filter…

sir Material which is used inside is non hazardous, food grade material, thread is only tie it, water line pipe is also plastic nothing to worry , you are not going to drink ,for drinking you are going use RO .
