The amount of preparation before the recording varies a lot. I always warm up before the video and often have an idea of what melody I will base the improvisation around when I start recording. However, sometimes I simply hit record and go with the flow. The best results are shared on KZfaq in the playlist called "Soothing Sessions". Thank you for listening and have a great day!
