Why aren't they using this combined with the Amazon assistant system. This would be much better than what they're presently running from Amazon! It's the kind of thing those of us that have been using that Amazon dots and whatnot have wanted for years. So it feels less like a slave doing things like turning our lights on

@@CreatorMagicAI Maybe I'm wrong but my method of thinking is the kind of stuff that they do with the Amazon home assistant system should be enough of a closed loop to not have problems with AI hallucinating and something like this version of gdt would allow their system to do things like let you pick the name you use for your assistant and speak to it more like a human being and have actual interactions with it. Honestly I don't know why they haven't made any attempt to really change or update anything with their AI assistant system in almost 10 years some of the features they did and we can't even use in Canada like the Samuel L Jackson version

I've used the old one, the one he is using definitely seems like the new one. For example, it commented on the tone of his voice, which the old text to speech converter is not able to do. Plus the voice sounds much different on the old one compared to the one used in this video.

Not trying to burst your bubble but you’re still using the gpt 4 version. Still has the gpt 4 voice and if you ask it which one it’s using while having the GPT 4o enabled it will tell you it’s still 4. You would be able to interrupt it without it saying click to interrupt as shown in your video. Also you’d be able to also use a visual option. The only feature available right now for GPT4o is typing on the web version with live search capabilities. If you choose gpt 4 on your app you’ll notice everything is the same.

Love what you did here BUT kinda missed out on that the awesome upgraded voice is not released yet . What is released sofar is chatgpt 4o text and image . Not voice or video yet. it will be out in a few weeks. That would have made this HER imitation 1000 times better. Itherway loved what you did with this anyways :) maybe you can make something similar when it all is released. couse would be awesome with the new voice and also her ability to react to what she sees in real time just like in HER.

It is 4o voice so far we can get. But already feel difference between 4 vs 4o. only complains are mostly related with 3 hours lock when limitation reached.

He's not confused, but it would have been nice if he had explained what he was doing better. He's using the GPT-4o text model with the old vtt/ttv mobile app interface. They have not released the full multi-modal interface yet, not to the masses. I can see a lot of people being disappointed with this video since they were expecting "Her".

To be honest I don't think you truly want an AI that can think on its own and make its own decisions. We need AI to do what we want it to do and not question why and not an AI that does what it wants to do. As long as the AI can appear like its alive but it really isn't then that's good enough.
