In malayasia we call it lemping . We add green colouring to the flour and jaggery to the coconut . We roll it . I will try your recepi also . Thank you mam .

Nice Madam In Malaysia, we cook 2 sides then we remove it to a plate then we fill the coconut filling and roll it up Surul appam. No ghee Roast the coconut with sugar slightly

The thosai she will blend pandan leaves, and add the juiceto the dough. It gives a very nice aroma, and d colour will be green. 😄no ghee is added, it will taste nice. She will roll the thosai with d poornam inside. Done with wheat flour. Nothing isnew ma😄
