What I love about Billy is his ability to rapidly transform from a charming and enigmatic man to a terrifying one, and this, combined with his ruthless unpredictability, makes him a truly evil and terrifying opponent for Frank, who comes off as a standard, unremarkable main character.

He’s just so much better than Frank I’m so many different ways!! He’s an amazing character!! I mean yeah, ge did some bad things but everyone’s stolen cookies from the cookie jar at some point in their life 😅😅
