Do you recommend designing and hosting these initial sites on GHL, that way these initial clients are already on the platform? You're charging way less. I charge 2k plus 199 retainer. It comes with business consulting. Me. Being a chemical engineer in a way helps. 😅

You don’t talk at all about mobile versions of the websites, do your clients care? Is there a separate tool for designing the mobile version? Cause, usually, when I tried to make HL websites (desktop version) look nice and clean, because of the spacing on the left, right, button placing etc, the mobile version would suck. Also, you haven’t addressed the fact that someone might want to cancel the hosting service and go to another hosting provider. Is there a way to transfer HL websites? These are tough questions but I believe ones that are very real

HL has added a mobile button while editing, you toggle the pc or mobile buttons. EX. You have a image on the left and text on the right in PC view, but then on mobile you want the text above the picture. You would need to be in mobile view editing, make a second copy of the picture, hide the top picture in mobile view and add the 2nd picture below the text. This can be done on every section, and pictures, text. it does take time.

Hey Brian, appreciate that! That’s awesome so the 97 plan you get 3 sub accounts so you could start with that one, once you have more than 3 clients you will need to upgrade to the 297 plan

@@jordanlynam3135 you can host unlimited websites on one sub account. i wouldnt create a sub account just for them too use a website, you can just host their website on your agency subaccount and bill them monthly. id only create a sub account if they wanted to use other services such as Rep managment or even calendars or MCTB

don't have the CMS, email marketing sequences, sms marketing, and tons of other automations that are included in GHL. With Framer or Webflow you'd have to pay for third-party apps and integrate them.

How do you plan to scale the WAAS model given the low monthly fee? If you have a monthly fee of $100 then you need 100 clients for consistent 10k pm. Are the clients really low maintenance or do you upsell them to increase their monthly fee?

So the monthly fee is nice but we plan to scale by getting a constant flow of new clients so that we can charge $1000 to $2000 per website plus the monthly fee. We don’t plan to scale to 10k just by getting hosting fees

@@justsa25the way I tackle this situation is I offer an AI chat bot intergrated to the website and I charge upwards to £700+ per month to keep it running on the site. People have started to value AI a lot more.

That 1000 for website and 39 a month is not smart business. You should focus more on making money monthly that once off bigger payments, so the best thing in my opinion to do unless you're very well established, is do the website for free but charge a higher monthly subscription, so like 199 to 249 a month for website and then once you have 10 clients you're making 1999 - 2499 a month which is much better than fighting to close clients each month to keep it up. There's not much compounding effect with your strategy. 39 a month compounding is weak. What 399 a month after 10 clients? Hmmm not really worth the effort, what if you don't close for a month or two because you're just busy or aren't closing then you're loosing out big time from your subscription strategy.
