I grew up around that iron that MOMO holding. My grandma still has her own. I would eat some of that pepper Shrimp now. Where you can get awesome pepper Shrimp is in Middle Quarters in St. Elizabeth that's the place to be.

Hi MTM family! Tami, I usually include boiled green bananas and steamed callaloo in my diet. As a matter of fact, any dark green leafy vegetable like kale or pumpkin leaves steamed works. Good luck and happy 2024!

Drink beetroot very good in no time your pressure should be normal. I had the same problem when I started blending and juicing beetroot, drinking it like 45 times a week straight constantly until my blood was normal. 14:58

Low pressure is actually worse than high,you more potassium magnesium,for aniema is spinach,Braccooll,beet root,callaloo, every day until you get to normal.

Tams also "we x gall bladder and gallstones sufferers also can develop adrenal fatigue! It comes with the territory.. I use ginger now, either daily ginger tea or I cut a small piece of ginger and chew on it at night! It is what it is!

Thank you MTM for all those suggestions to correct low blood pressure. I also suffer from low pressure readings periodically but usually hit it with coconut water , fruit juice and some mango leaf and ginger tea. Home remedies work quite well I find.😊😂
