I was driving with my wife to get groceries when I noticed 2 overgrown properties on the same street. I tried to knock on the door, and nobody answered. It looked abandoned! The next day, I knocked on the neighbors door and asked him about the overgrown properties. He told me the owner lives in one of them. Mushrooms can be difficult to decide if etable or not. Even if you purchase a mushroom book with full illustrations. Provides a safety precaution to always consult a mushroom expert before consuming. Yard looks very nice. 👍👍👍👍

The difference between your work and all of the other mowers and lawn care channels on KZfaq is your attention to detail. You never leave the old grass clippings and always weed eat without leaving anything standing. Never in a hurry to get it done but always take enough time to make sure it's done right. In our neck of the woods(we both live in the same area) those mushrooms while common, are an indicator of rotting wood underground. More than likely those trees have dead roots that are rotting away. Not necessarily dangerous but the owner needs to have them looked at by an ACTUAL arborist.

Oh my heavens! That's just beautiful! With the dappled shade from those old, big trees, it reminds me of the old plantation style homes. The size of the property surprised me. It's bigger than it looks. You need to give yourself a pat on the back for this one.

Reminds me of my grandfather's cottage. (Yes, it was a cottage but it was huge). I wish the lawn didn't need so much attention so I could have watched you trim up those trees and shrubs making the yard even bigger.

That grass looks so soft. Almost like golf grass. I know that type of grass is a pain to cut but it is so comfortable when you're barefoot. Great transformation! Therapy at its best. Just wish I could smell that fresh cut grass.

This was so soothing and satisfying to watch. The lawn was so pretty after it was cut. And I adored the lilac bush. Hopefully the owners will maintain it, and get this home looking lovely again as well. What I wouldn't give for all that space, and a wrap-around porch!

Number 1 done ✅ after you rehab the property’s will a he find someone or your self to to do the maintenance work (Unknown) I’m thinking he would have a much better chance afterwards. We tend not to see ourselves getting older. And we know things need to be done ✅ But time has a way to decide whether we’re in the game anymore and we get blindsided. And hear we are 😊 with that said between the two projects, it was a truly wonderful experience to watch 😊
