Ok so The Count Of Montecristo is by far one of my favourite musicals, not because it's particularly good, but because I'm so deeply emotionally attached to the characters. This level of obsession had not been repeated until I fell for Good Omens, specifically Ineffable Husbands™. And just, THE SONG, THE CONCEPT, THE ART, THE EFFORT, THE SKILL. It's literally 4am and I'm CRYING over this. There's so many strings being pulled in my heart I just djfbsn. Sorry for the long ass comments, I just really really needed to get that out. 😔👌💕 Amazing work.

hhhhhhhhhhhh i absolutely love the frame when "how can we ever be free" with the light shining down from heaven and the hands reaching up from hell!! love it!! i've never heard this song and hhh i wasn't expecting crowley to start singing but DANG when he did i lost it, you did really well with his anger, also! lots of interesting transitions! like with raphael's eye turning into aziraphale's ring and crowley's hair changing from the 60s to the present!

This song already held my heart in its hand This gave it the power to destroy it

AAAAAAAAA Okay but like An entire AU with some of the other songs in this soundtrack tho-

So my theory on how they met in Eden, and Aziraphale not knowing Crowley, but the reveal they met as angels. At the time Aziraphale did not understand fallen angels, believing demons were always demons, and thought his friend who created the stars was actually dead. Only after the incident at the flood, he realized Crowley was the angel, now haven fallen.
