Sangah, what I find the most attractive in you is how you always focus on Jesus, your Savior. He has given you so many talents, and you never fail to acknowledge Him for His goodness, grace and mercy. It would not matter which piano you played...you would still set your sights on Him and eternity. "Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away." Matthew 24:35 "While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal." 2 Corinthians 4:18

It was March this year when I first heard you play this hymn in a live stream. I was struck by the vulnerability and power that you expressed. I was so moved and I broke the replay button. Your playing communicates the message that you need to be vulnerable before you become strong. This is so, so beautiful.

Dear Lisa I missed the stream! Silly me. I am sending you a message to let you know I have just watched Sangah play The Very Thought of You. I thought to myself now there's a great song that Lisa would know and love. I was amazed Sangah was not familiar with it (that is not a criticism). She actually has played it before accompanying the video with Natalie Cole and is was lovely. I hope this message does not convey anything other than a friendly comment. I also chat with the Duke, Marcini, Ron and all the tribe. I just like having another Sangah fan who likes the same sort of songs as me. BooBooG is another - we both love the Beatles and Paul McCartney. The others are more into rock and disco. I will not be bothering you with a constant flow of messages. Maybe one a week or fortnight with a suggestion of a song or you might suggest one to me. Have a great day.

This lyrics is so beautiful Sangah 🌹 Too much wisdom on it. The way you play this hymn, i can fell like you make the piano speaks and sings this praise so softly and sentimentaly that seems that it even comes to tears. Thank you for your song of worship. I look forward to it every Sunday morning. This hymn has special meaning to me. I am a church pianist. One day while playing this song, I noticed a lady filled with tears. I then realized how powerful music was. This experience has kept me serving the Lord with music, even though I am getting older having arthritis on my fingers. 🙏

Thanks for blessing me through this song. I was in need of hearing this song. I know that God holds tomorrow and I can have faith that he lives and I hope for a better tomorrow, especially during this hard time of pandemia that we are all living, unemployment, political disenfranchisement, race war and many other problems that surround us day by day. Definitely I can hope and I can face tomorrow because He lives within me and in us. God bless our country and many people around the world who are experiencing financial problem, sickness and pain.

Beautiful. And honest, pure. That’s it. Your playing, specifically rhythmic nuances and some bare suspensions, reminded me of Randy Newman’s song Dexter’s Tune from the movie Awakenings and Ennio Morricone’s Playing Love from the movie The Legend of 1900. Both movies are great. I adore those songs and their performances. Your playing here swims in the same stream.

Thank you so much Noona for playing this song so beautifully. It brought so much fond memories of this Sunday School song. Music heals the soul. And our Creator understands this and gave us musician, musical instruments and most of all each and every one of us the ability to sing (whether in/out of tune) ... Sing to our God with all our hearts and soul. Remember King David, even in his hideout away from his enemies who were after his life, he found solace in playing his harp and praising God.
