It's because if in the rest of the world you can choose from a lot of sports, in Italy 95% of the kids start playing football. It's like a "tradition" 😂 after a few years I quit to start martial arts lol

not only do you need to use your feet but your back aswell. try leaning further forward as if something is pulling you to the ground, and dont stay still, move further forward as you flick it up hope it helped!

It's soo good to see you enjoy the learning ..we often get soo focused on the result the we forget how amazing it feels when you are not good at certain skill but after being persistent and consistent you learn it ... Nice video! very nice that you learn so fast. For the toe bounce the technique should be a little different. You dont need to jump. Just leave one foot on the ground and let the ball bounce on it. Like stepping under the ball and putting pressure in the floor so the ball can bounce. Than its just a matter of stepping over the ball with the other foot, rotating and catching the ball after the bounce... Also if you tilt your standing foot like in the example video, the ball might bounce a little better.
