Thanks for this descriptive video on how to create an interactive story. I was confused about the structure beforehand but your video was simple and easy to understand thankyou.

An "aha" moment for me in this video is when you explained that becoming an 'expert' in something can be defined in many ways (5:47), INCLUDING something as simple as (well, so often NOT so simple but...) moving from NOT KNOWING they had a problem before to KNOWING they have a problem. My most recent challenges have been around finding ways to get a group of learners (a mid level leadership group... and their leader) to become more "self aware" so they are open to skills and leadership training. You pointing out the 'definitions' of expert in this context validated some decisions I have been trying to make around the development path I am proposing - and changed my Monday - for the better! :)

Kim, this was a great "aha" share... I focus on the transformation. And as you mentioned, sometimes just getting someone to "see the gap" is enough for traction and momentum. Love the #mondaywin :)
