Recipe for pork belly cooked in a pan with onions and glazed with sauce. This nutritious and tasty dish is very easy to prepare. It goes well with rice or other simple side dishes. The pork belly becomes very soft. Cook with love! Cook with joy!
Ingredients and preparation:
1 kg pork belly
1 tbsp oil for frying
1 tsp brown sugar
2 medium onions
Fry for 1-2 minutes
15-20 g ginger
8 garlic cloves
Chili flakes
Salt (a little, as the sauce is also salty)
Black pepper
3-4 tbsp soy sauce
1 litre of hot water
1 red onion
Chili pepper
Salad:
350 g mushrooms
1-2 tablespoons cooking oil
Salt
thyme
1 garlic clove
Red onion
150 g pickled cucumbers
3 eggs
4 tablespoons cooked beans
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon dried parsley
Black pepper
Salt

Как можно,сначала обжаривать овощи,а потом добавить к ним мясо?! Пока обжарится мясо,от овощей остаются угли, особенно от чеснока!😮

Это совершенно не Азиатский рецепт,за сало СВИНЬИ вас тоже могут пошинковать...это сало по Китайски,я готовлю немного по другому рецепту,где у меня ничего не пригорает...сначало карамелизуеться сало,а уж потом ложат эти овощи,не обжаренные,лук зелёный,две звёздочки бадьяна ещё,и к соевому соусу добавляю соус терияки...вот это уже бомба, можно есть без хлеба...

I love this pork dish, it reminds me of the Tagalog version of adobo (locally called adobo sa toyo to us) but without the vinegar. When we were young our mother would prepare a dish similar to this and made us believe it was adobong Tagalog but when we point out the lack of vinegar flavor she would just say that we were used to our coconut vinegar that we cannot taste the sugarcane vinegar, more popular than coconut vinegar, when in truth our coconut vinegar stock ran out. It is great that sugar was added to add a hint of caramelization to the onion and the pork. The mushroom salad will be greatly appreciated by my brother since my sister-in-law is in her pregnancy period where she would crave for specific food and her latest craving is a dish made out of mushrooms.
