Africa is a beautiful continent that is misunderstood because of the western media,My biggest regret ever is leaving African for Europe, I never knew depression exist untill I came to Europe, I never knew I was a black man until I came to Europe, all that gliters is not gold, the media rob our attention, the media potrait the west as heaven on earth but believe it or not Africa is the heaven on earth, heaven means freedom, and that's what Africa is.

The majority of millennials in the U.S. will not have a pension/retirement because many are not in stable jobs that provide that perk. Most have the option of contributing to a 401K and Roth IRA retirement plan, but so many have taken money down, to help friends and family. Thankfully, my job is one of the few that still provides a pension and 401K/403b Roth. :)

don't take this the wrong way, don't just stack money, do research, and build contacts. Africa is huge, with many bad places and bad people. the law is generally not like it is in the usa, and it works differently. the culture is different from place to place, the land feels different from pictures. you must see the land, and talk to the local people in person.

I am not able to write you with good English cause 'am quiet new for English even though I hope you'll understand my points, to be Fair without knowing all these decorated crabs in the west it's really so sweet life in Africa. I know you're judging life depending on how you see comfort on your experience and knowledge and this is how you taught from your curriculum and your seniors but again life is different than that. You guys eating decorated sugary sweets, you have an access for different kind baths shower saunas and you wear what ever you like not to mention that you can get the best health service as long as you paid your insurance but are you guys happy, grateful, content on what you have don't forget you are not entitled all these things because you're citizens you should have to work until you sweat blood as I told my English is very bad couldn't to write with few words that can explain my opinion. In Africa we are laughing for real and also sad without covering ,mental health is to the roof ,living in the west makes you greedy and just want more and more no satisfaction at all .so sorry if I made mistake.

This is to those one sided rants that Ghana is expensive forgetting that Ghana has 16 regions and Greater Accra region which is the smallest region in Ghana does not represent the whole country and outside Accra is very very cheap.Thousands of African Americans live outside Accra in Ghana and connect daily to the city whenever they want to.

Love this video! We blacks in the West and in the Caribbean was definitely bamboozled! Many of us hated to be associated with Africa because of what western media portrayed to us on TV from we was young. But it is really up to us to give back to Africa. Just like we built up the white man country's why not build up Africa and the Caribbean. It can be done when we know and overstand who we truly are and work together.

I keep telling the relatives in my family, especially the younger ones, that America is not the proper place to have a black family or raise children. It's ok to have a job and make a living and the individual freedom is great. But for our black men, women and children as soon as they step out that door and into society it's an emotional and psychological hellhole. It's devastating to the mind, body and soul. How sad that by the age of 18,so many of the spirits of our children are broken despite the best efforts of many of their family members to love, comfort and support them.Because we are such a strong people, the psychological toll occurs much later in our 40s&50s.I am 64 yrs old now with no children but I can't tell you how many black men my age and younger are so beaten down and worn out.I keep my sanity by helping others wherever I can.My father had the remarkable foresight, being a career military man,to bring his 3 children along while on furlough to visit various countries around the world.Japan, cambodia, senegal, ghana,Cameroon and Mexico just to name a few.Live someplace where you think you be will be happy, loved and respected,he said to us 3.Sometimes it's not always about the money,he said.So when some family members challenge me as to where else we can raise our children, I tell them moving forward we better find out.It has to be a gradual thing to test the waters outside the Usa.Other groups have that option. Why shouldn't we.Gradually rebuild the bridge back to the continent.I have said for 40 yrs that the hate culture that has existed in America for centuries will always rear its ugly head during times of economic anxiety and decline. At some point it will be permanent and trust me those groups who have been despised for centuries in America will be the first casualties. If you look at history, genocide happens in stages sometimes the spark ignited a century before the actual event.Trust me brothers&sisters, there is a reason why the Jewish people worked hard to create the state of Israel as well as strengthen their presence in America and the rest of the world to thus prevent another holocaust. As African-Americans if we want the world to take notice and take us seriously we had better do the same.

Loving this. We hold a great power. Continue to unite. No matter where you come from as long as you are a black man, you are an African.

I hope people check on him. Looks great for a person that perfers solitude like myself. However, as you mature you need a support system and access to first responders (medical, fire, police...) in case of emergency. This was made clear when the extension of his home burned down. If he never takes a wife, I would say he at least needs an assistant.
