Long story short! Don't ever build in ghana if you are living in abroad. Only those who made such a mistake can give you this reasonable advice. If you establish in which ever foreign country you lived in, it would be beneficial for you when returning backhome. You can sell your assets and maintain your investment for a passive income. Use the sold assets money to build a modernized home with gardening for yourself. This is what honorable truly meant

@@sankofaha7557 Our education system has failed us big time. It doesn't prepare us to make something from nothing. Right from the early education stage, there is no exposure to notable individuals (all over the world) who made something from nothing (that is traceable/transparent). That is why our leaders keep going to the IMF to borrow $; they've not succeeded at creating an internal capital generating system.
