As an ex Heimerdinger jungle main, you should put your turrets for blue buff close to the gromp wall and thank the blue so you can use all three on blue and gromp and take both in the time it would take a normal jungler to take either one of them.

I watched heisendong play heimer jg once and ur supposed to put the turrets in between the camps so you can drag them over and have tripple turrets on all of them (I dont think it worked on krugs but you could get all three in range on blue side)
