I stayed strong BC after so long of trying to go to anything else but god they all failed me so I held on to god as the reason let me skip to now and say I started off faithless now I'm so faithful in god I started off worried for my future now I know its something gods gonna handle I'm not feeling depressed anymore the whole year of 2022 was hard but with god I made it threw! Now I learned so much and love my relationship with god I know he loves and cares for me AND HE LOVES AND CARES FOR YOU TOO! Support his rerecording! Those of you don't know, he rerecorded this song because he didn't own the rights to the original song unfortunately. Newly rerecorded song he does...even when we were kids artists were getting into bad deals and are now able to rerecord their songs and actually profit off of them. So support it! I was raised in rough area's, raised off mostly rap music.. but songs like this, I just love. Reminds me of like 4th 5th grade, in the 90's. The nostalgia feeling... everything. I absolutely love it.

This song was big when I was 13-14. Hits different now 30 years later. I dedicate this song to my bestie John. “I’ll be your crying shoulder” I love giving him my shoulder to cry on when needed. first time i heard this song was in the back seat of my mom pats car at like 4am on the way to her job and my at the time boyfriend whom later became my husband/baby daddy brandon (r.i.p) from that day forward he sang that song to me or just in general more times then i can count he was maybe 15 or 16 at the time and also he would sing i want to grow old with you by adam sandler from that movie the wedding singer... all i have left is memories..i'll never get to hear his voice or hear him sing to me but this hits home so thank you for sharing and sorry for this long post.

Some things remind me, I've been experienced that kind of closeness friendship brings me (Idk if it's love or just an infatuation) that kind of feelings. I know I can't handle it with these trying times especially she's only my internet best friend so far to be, having a social career which was very not suitable to be with her, and she's older than me but still comfort her (even though I can't even do that to myself when I'm down) at the times when she's down. Until I realized that bought of us having anxiety for something with disappeared confidence. Yeah, this is crazy but still, worry about her cheering-up and comfort. Idk, I felt lightweight feelings and comfort whenever we're talking. I thought this is only forbidden feelings, so crazy lol

I remember when I said I’ll play this at my wedding years ago. I started realizing this song was a heart break/ break up song not too long after. Sometimes when you’re younger, you hear a beautiful song and think it comes from a beautiful story/love story.
