Coz Jon can sing so very well and not all of the people can do what jon can do. Running around on the stage seems like he didn't feel tired and singing and entertaining the audience so well.

If you have ever been to a Bon Jovi concert, this is called "Richie time" its where Jon takes a break and Richie takes solo on the song he wrote solo. one of the only songs not co-written by him and Jon

Beautiful version by Richie. He and Jon have such different voices - that's why they sounded so good together and did those lovely harmonies. And that haircut really suits him!

@@aionatorres5515 yes I agree, their voices are different but it doesn't mean that one is better than the other. After all, it's variety that makes life interesting! To be fair, I don't think they ever compared themselves with each other, I think they got together and decided what sound they wanted to produce and then worked hard to produce it. If they had constantly been in competition, it wouldn't have worked. They really had a distinctive sound!

Damn, so good, just so damn good!! This is one of my favorite performances of his, the music & emotion is just pouring out of him, it takes over & I love watching him give in to it all, it's like watching a beautiful orgasmic explosion of talent, sensuality, poetry & raw emotion, doesn't get any better!!! This man is the real deal, you can't fake this & thankfully we have the privilege to witness it!!

I've always known that he can sing too but i haven't really checked his stuff out for some reason. Then when i finally do, youtube recommends me this almost first thing and holy hell. He opened his mouth and i felt like i got physically blasted away. I'm sorry Jon, but i think he stole every single one of your fans in the crowd for himself there. I'm genuinely sad that i never got the chance to see him live.. He left before i was even old enough to see them. I finally grabbed my first ticket which was for This House Is Not For Sale in Stockholm earlier this year and it was probably the best night of my life, but you could feel that empty spot in the older songs. Especially Wanted Dead Or Alive and Livin' On A Prayer. Bon Jovi are a bit like my childhood heroes. I've grown up on their music thanks to my mom being a fan since she herself was young, and their music has helped me through stuff ever since i was really small. They've gone from comfort music when i was at dad's place and missing my mom after my parents separated, to both helping me through anxiety and at one time pretty much saving my life.. And i don't know if i could have wished for a better band. Amazing music and charming members who really live for what they're doing. I hope Richie is doing well. The most recent thing i found from him was from last year.

After my first Bon Jovi show, I always looked forward to Richie doing a tune. In one show, he did Homebound Train. I was disappointed for my fifth and final show because Richie was gone.

If you think this performance is good, his performance at Madison Square Garden in 2008 is absolutely amazing and the guitar solo is off the charts heart and soul. His voice sounds as good as 1991 at Spreckles Theater when he was 32.
