Hello. I was able to restore the BMS board from a Makita LXT 18v 5Ah battery. (This is blocking or protecting the BMS board itself). When you pressed the button, two LEDs blinked alternately; this battery was not charged on the charger. After one procedure, this state went away, instead it became different; after pressing the button, one left segment of the indicator began to blink 10 times. The battery also did not charge on the charger. But this too was repaired. If you are interested, I will write how I did it.

@@user-fr8fw8gx3z Алексей .The battery (BMS board) was protected. When you press the button, the indicator segments begin to flash in pairs. In this case, the battery is not charged, and the charger indicates a faulty battery. The original tool doesn't work either. 1) SOLUTION. It was possible to remove the battery from this state. You need to install and remove the battery 20-25 times into the Charger, without stopping (with a yellow connector) or into the original one or into a Chinese analogue with support for a test connector. After this procedure, this blinking went away (did not appear again). But the BMS board switched to a different state. When you press the indicator button, one left LED starts flashing 10 times. The battery also does not charge on the charger, the indication of a faulty battery turns on. 2) SOLUTION: To get out of this state, I unsoldered the board from the batteries, shorted the plus and minus terminals only on the board itself, with a piece of wire, for 3-5 seconds, did this several times for reliability. I soldered the board back to the battery. The battery began to work as it should, as if it were in good working order.

コメントありがとうです。スイッチは生きてるのは確認したのでLEDか基板っぽいです。基板が一体になっているので交換は難しそうです。

赤点滅3個有ります、湿気の多い所で使用頻度が多かったので故障しました。温度センサー基盤に穴を空けている道具は何ですか？インパクトドライバーは有ります

はんだ吸い取り機のことでしょうか？電動じゃ無くてもはんだ吸い取り線や手動タイプでも出来ると思います。修理頑張ってください！

温度センサーが中々手に入らないですね。抵抗を着けるしか無いですよね。コーキングで防水対策した方が良いと思いますか

バッテリー3個全部治りました。新品も3個有るので熱くなる事は無いですね。ただ治したやつは記しをして管理したいと思いますか。防水としてコーキングもしました。ありがとう御座いました

コメントありがとうです。温度センサーに変えたのは安全性をあげるという感じの理由です。まあ改造している時点で安全性も何もないし、センサーもセルに接触しているとは言いがたいのでダミーのままでもいいかもしれません。

Maybe it's locked, so the only option is to replace the board. However, if you replace it with a compatible board, it may not be safe.

壊れた温度センサーの抵抗何Ωになっていたか、新しい温度センサーの抵抗何Ωか、また温度が上がると抵抗値が下がるタイプなのか上がるタイプなのか知りたかったです。

分解したときに確認すれば良かったです😅 また確認してみます。温度センサーは25度の時に10Kオームや100Kオームのものなどがあるようです。

僕の個人的な見解では充電器に刺した瞬間に赤緑点滅で充電不可になるパターンのやつが多いです。温度センサー不良系は少ないかもしれません。

@@user-kn6fd5fh8q 使うだけなら抵抗に置き換えるととりあえず充電出来るようになると思います。他のやり方もあるのかもしれませんが、僕のやり方ではセルに温度センサーが届いてなさそうです😅

Blinking as shown in the video indicates a battery problem. I think it may not be possible to unlock BMS. If it's for a month, it might be better to consult with the retailer 😅 Although I don't recommend it, you may have no choice but to replace it with a compatible BMS.
