I'm introverted as Fuck. But once you get over that fear, for lack of a better word, you slowly get use to it. it won't happen over night, but your confidence is like a muscle. the more you work on it the stronger it gets. start small like saying hey or waving at someone or something girl. The only one holding yourself back is yourself bro. I was diagnosed with social anxiety but I didn't want that as an excuse. I'm not an expert or anything but I can now easily approach a woman and have a conversation and even get a number from time to time. it's all about the confidence!
