just a little reminder: being addicted to fortnite ( or any other game) is basically just one simple thing : hyper focus (this is just one method and can only be "achieved" when suffering of Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD like me) beacuse you got "addicted" to fortnite so fast it *could* be hyper focus (that means your brain focuses so much at one or multiple thing/s on a tv screen , monitor or any other action based things like talking with someone, school,gaming, and even walking). and because your brain is always going trough that ,,hyper focus" it always wants to go trough that specific action to get rid of the ADHD symptoms. shortly explained: its *basically* like being addicted to marijuana but less deadly.(but hyper focus can also act as a "superpower" by making you focus on that specific thing so much that you can learn, play/act better, and develop reflexes based on that specific thing, like the controls on a controller/keyboard in my case or also in my case hyper focusing on the game in a way that it improves hearing what can be very helpful in fortnite.)
