A long video where I talk a lot but never really say anything. I also talk about my mental health. And there's a dog, too.
I lost 80lbs so far this year. My goal is to lose 100lb this year (and continue to do so afterwards)

Fantastic!....very happy for you!...and your dog, ....ha ha... he wants you to not hide your beautiful eyes.......and its all good, even if you struggle or cheat with your food intake here and there on some days or even weeks, don't worry about it, don't beat yourself up about that, just get back to it and forget any unsuccessful days...just focus on what you want and love yourself as much as possible...don't stop making videos!.

Yay! I love your videos! I feel like you are the most realistic and relatable person I have found on KZfaq. As a fellow fat vegan, I take inspiration from your failures as well as your successes. Congrats on the 80lbs! That's AMAZING! Please be kind to yourself. Love the doggie clips. I'd love to start a channel, but I'm a chicken. Maybe we should trade footage and edit each other's videos since we are our own worst critics. Please post more often. I will watch. Edit: if you can't see the weight loss compare the thumbnails from this and your last video. Quite a difference!

Thank you for the kind comment! I'm trying to be kind to myself, it's easier to remember in hindsight but it's definitely hard to remember sometimes. Work in progress! (although isn't everyone?) I will try to post more often, if only just to update on weight loss! PS you should totally start a channel, be brave. I spend way too much time watching youtube (when I should be sleeping) and I'm always looking for new people to watch
