Halo semuanya, aku AHNIAA ☺︎
Di video kali ini aku mau sharing rutinitas diet aku dalam menurunkan 9.7 kg karena berat badanku naik lagi (dulu aku pernah turun 15 kg dalam 5 bulan) dan juga sharing beberapa resep diet yang menurutku enak.
Selama diet aku melakukan intermittent fasting, defisit kalori dan selalu rutin olahraga. Aku tidak anjurkan siapapun buat ngikutin pola diet aku, jadi sebelum mulai diet sebaiknya konsultasi dulu ke dokter.

karena diet kan sdh menjadi gaya hidupmu ko bisa segampang itu turun lg bnyak yg mn biasanya klo kita diet kita turun banyak itu hanya di awal2 kita mulai stlh itu hanya perlahan2 aja..apalagi klo kita udh sering diet

Iya maksud ku wo berapa kali seminggu.. Berarti kan 4x, tiap pekan jg beda wo ya.. Itu tiap hari jg beda wo ya? Dan perhari cuma 1x wo aja? Misal pagi aja atau makan aja gitu? Makasih ^^

Termotivasi bgt ❤💪 mw nanya dong kak, klo misal aku workoutnya cuman sanggup 20 menit hiit setiap hari, itu bisa efektif ga kk ngebakar lemak nurunin bb?aku defisit kalori juga .. soalnya klo durasi workout nya pnjang aku suka ga kuat kk🙏 tpi klo ga pnjang durasi workout nya aku bakal mikir diet ku gagal krna ga bakar bnyk kalori 😢 mhon dijwab y kak 🙏

ohhh, aku kira itu untuk satu kali olahraga ka. Hebat ka, luar biasa. Aku stuck di 60.9, padahal makan udah sedikit (1000 an kkcal) dan rajin olahraga (45 min/hr). Entah belum menemukan solusinya@@AHNIAA

Yes, i lose around 10 kg in 30 days, with intermittent fasting too. But of course everyone's results are different. Being able to lose 7 kg in 30 days is amazing 😍

@AHNIAA That Cool !😀 to tell you the truth...5 years ago I was weight 110kg and took me 1 year to lose 40kg and later I lost More weight after the surgery , Now I weight 62kg and still eating healthy and workout everyday. and Yeah everyone has different results from different body .
