Detail: there are no matchmaking differences between players. No level differences, no ranks, no different equipment/class. So all you gotta do is match whoever is waiting on the lobby. But I agree that nowadays take longer than back a couple years ago.

@@Vic_Trip Games such as Overwatch and Apex have no skill based match making in casual servers. if you put these 2 side by side its night and day. Apex takes like a minute, overwatch can take like an hour even when we have confirmation theres more than enough people to match. (Not so sure about nowadays though, since i haven't played in a looong time.) I understand theres alot of differences here, such as the complexity involved. But hosting a server of 60 people FPS vs 12 people FPS in a smaller area is a bit sad. It's not the only example but the reason i point this out specifically is because so many games make the excuse of how "hard" it is. HSR was not made with any built in multiplayer based systems. Meaning they made it to not only work witht he existing system but were able to make it work efficiently across multiple platforms and even account for delay. That's a feat worthy of praise

Honkai Impact had those kind of multiplayer fun-mini games for years. It isn't some new/mindbreaking thing they pulled out of nowhere.

Silverwolf bird is also a fun alternative. That thing can produce super bomb. But yeah, the cost is pretty expensive (7 if I'm not wrong)

In my personal experience Silver Bird worked great because in later matches there would always be super bombs next to eachother, and if you match two of those then it basically eliminates the top half of the board. I didn't use any other bird because I just wanted the rewards fast but SW does work really well as long as you win your first two matches imo

Silbird's main problem is that it has the weakest early game. It's good at later waves tho, as long as you set those rainbow fruits correctly.

If the game decides to give everyone massive amounts of chests, silver bird gets the most consistent board clear every turn and usually wins off that
