Nanjing, China Travel Vlog. I traveled to Nanjing China and was surprised to see how much this city has to offer! My friend ‪@sophoebelous‬ showed me some of the coolest places in Nanjing, from the best art museums, to beautiful old town and basically my new favourite food in China, taro desserts! Nanjing is so much better than I remembered and I would definitely recommend anyone to visit!

Wow, Nanjing looks amazing-the juxtaposition between the traditional and super modern-all very interesting! I like your red jacket contrasting with Phoebe's blue Qipao-navigating the city with style never hurts!:) A lot of people but doesn't look super crowded. You have done exceedingly well.:)

I visted Nanjing a few times as I am living overseas. I love NanJing, it is where my anesters lived. I feel very connected to the city. I granparents ran away from this city during WWII.

In 1987, Donda West, the mother of famous American rapper Kanye West, was sent by the University of Chicago to Nanjing University to participate in an exchange program, where she taught for a year in the School of Foreign Languages at Nanjing University. West, who was 10 years old at the time, traveled to China with his mother and attended Nanjing Fuzimiao Elementary School for a year, haha, weird cold knowledge

dongjing, Nanjing, Xijing, and Beijing are all four cities in China. Tokyo was later renamed in Henan Province, China.

Fun fact - didi in Hindi means elder sister. Just imagining how it would feel for Indians when they are told to use didi to book taxis in China. On a serious note, good job Kaja for this beautiful vlog from Nanjing.

2:21 Formally it's called The Park of the Former Site of the Great Bao'en Temple (大报恩寺遗址公园), where you can see the historically famous Porcelain Tower of Nanjing (rebuilt in 2015). The original pagoda remains the tallest man-made architecture in China for many centuries. The Śarīra relics of the headstone of Siddhartha Gautama the Buddha were found at the site.

Just call it Great Bao'en Temple (大报恩寺) when you visit Nanjing. And you can see the Buddha relic at Niushoushan (牛首山) in Nanjing. Even just for this relic, Nanjing is underrated indeed.

I wish you would show to your viewers the night scene of the cities you are visiting. This is the second content from you and again no display of night lights. These night scenery are the best part of traveling in China as electricity is very cheap and cities can afford to light every nook and cranny, every corner and widow frames of the buildings, roads, trees and sidewalks are all covered in different colors of LED lights.
