The relationship between Soyeon and her members is really fascinating. By all accounts she is more like their boss nowadays but it feels more like a team that has absolute trust in their leader and follows her whereever she points the finget to. I mean, the results speak for themselves, how could you not trust her. In addition Soyeon rarely is not working. The members always complain that when they have a day off that Soyeon is not going out with them or doing "fun" stuff. She is an absolute workaholic. Her days "off" are spent composing and writing music. Minnie told in an interview that she has problems writing music on tour unlike Soyeon and had to crunch time write her songs on this album between their end of tour and the recordings.

You fell in love with this group just like I did 2 years ago. I am a BLINK before anything else. Obsessed. Then I saw Tomboy and was hooked. hey! GIDLE just released a music video for revenge, a bside from their new album [2]. The song was written and produced by Soyeon (the leader and rapper who always looks cool) and the music video is mind blowing.

If the last part of HWAA was extended 30 more seconds and Soyeon's rap part was two more verses longer, that would have been GIDLE's greatest masterpiece.... IMO. BTW.... You should check out BIBI, Soyeon, and Young ji's collaboration MV: Is this Bad B Number.

LoL They literally paid for half of the MV budget out of their money. That's how useless Cube is. Every Neverland is counting down the days til their contract expires so they'll be finally free. There's a huge expectation that Soyeon is gonna open her on company bc she has stated way back that she has that ambition. Also, the members (especially Shuhua) are always shading Cube and talking about wanting to leave. Cube's handling of the Soojin situation was the worse and I think it permanently damaged the members and the fans relationship with Cube. I'll be absolutely baffled if they renew the contract by the end of it.
