500g cabbage
3 eggs
Onion
carrot
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Italian herbs
Salt
pepper
For the dough:
3 eggs
1 glass of yogurt or kefir
200g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Salt
olive oil
Bake at 180°C (350F) for 40 minutes

Thank you thank you thank you!! Thank you for all the vegetarian meals! I am now a youngin of the age of 67, and have been a full fledged vegetarian for almost 45 years, and have a hard time finding good down to earth recipes with basic ingredients. And I do love cabbage, and all the peppers, and grow them in my seasonal garden each year. As soon as I’m able I’m diving into all these recipes! Can’t wait! Just hope I get a chance, I have a brain tumor and am facing surgery with no big promises made for the future. Thanks for an enjoying couple of hours I’ve been watching you cook!

У нас это называется " наливной пирог". Делается начинка, а сверху и снизу льется тесто. Тесто делается на кефире + разрыхлитель+ 2-3 яйца+ майонез и сметана
