Not much channels can put the fear in their voice like you do. Listening to your stories makes it feel like like you were telling the story like you experienced it yourself. I was listening to this while on patrol and doing a check on a back road in the mountains creeped the hell out of me. Best narration I have heard in a long time.

I love epistolary stories like Dracula, where the reader/listener has to decipher everything from a single conversation or two. Very good story, loved the suspense and the ending! Honestly hope to see more of this!

Fun fact ladies 'n' gents: if you're in a car flooding with water it's true that you'll find it very difficult/impossible depending on depth to open the door but if your car IS flooding - and you'll want it to be so you don't suffocate - it also means that the pressure is starting to equalise itself, and once it goes past a certain threshold you'll be able to open the vehicle just fine.

@@shitneyb5562 tell that to the 79 series land cruiser lol. But yes i’m aware, its only a very specific case (vehicle flooding) where they have an advantage. Its also fun to wind mine down super quick while a friend or someone is next to me while they wait for the motor to do its thing. Not a huge inconvenience. And being able to move them when the car is off is a nice bonus, something none of my friends can do with the electric ones.

I'm not that familiar with Jason Hill. I know I have heard a couple stories, I remember his intro, though, I think. I am in complete agreement with the other four. They are definitely some the best out there. Though I will admit, Dark Somnium, Romnex, Mr. Creepypasta, and I think her name is Lady White Bunny or something are stellar narrators too. Will definitely be checking out Jason Hill again as you apparently have excellent taste. 😉

This reminds me of a Stephen King story. I think the name is bad little kid but it's literally about guy who kills a bad little kid who stalked him from childhood who never ages and causes unfortunate accidents.

This started off on an interesting angle, was definitely not expecting it to start in a police station. That surprise continues as the narrative unfolds, seriously that kid is creepy. I am finding these narratives to be very relaxing for me, so the different story sources have been a real delight to hear. The continued strange development only hooked me further to the story, though I am quite concerned and a little baffled at the tangle this man's mind became.

Hey Lighthouse, I've had issues with knocking on the door someone who is 3 years old as well with Big blue eyes .omg it's the same little girl knocking , mommy what are you doing I hear her say trying to fool me with an innocent little voice . And I've only been in there 10 seconds or less ( I've gotten fast) . And she too terrifies me in the middle of the night I wake up to her sillohouet standing there staring at me and she startles the hell out of me. But turnabout is fair game because she's woken up with me staring at her. Lol can't help it she's so dam cute ( I usually check on her about 5 times a night) . My little Angel girl ,she's only demon 10 percent of the time ( Like mother like daughter.) Lol but she's all mine . Thanks for another cool story .

Another fine performance from Lighthouse. The plot made me think of the classic radio broadcast of “The Hitchhiker” narrated by Orson Welles. It’s on KZfaq and well worth a listen.
