This story started out perfect; I was ready for a crime psychological thriller type of story. Then it all went to crap with bits of lore that had no pay-off, random stuff that came out of nowhere, and stupid choices by the FBI characters. This could have been so good, but just ended up being dumb, tired, and a bit silly. Narration was good, though, as always.

this antagonist knows how to party 😏 kind of sin City vibe. i really like it. stop complaining about "unrealistic". this is a channel where trees bleed, people get sucked into mirrors, switch between dimensions, grow teeth in their arms, and beings of all shapes and sizes, usually full of ill intentions, populate the woods, basements, lakes and walls (!) of this world, everyone is fine with it, but when a FBI squad gets killed by a (somewhat supernatural?) (not so human) being in a comicfilm way, you are screaming about "unrealistic?" i agree it is. but it was fun anyway and a refreshing change from all the cry/conscience/justification stories. he's like "why? well I was bored" and why not? this is fiction. this is for entertainment. after all, aren't we all here because we are bored and want to hear stories about people being killed in strange ways? ^^

This story really blew. All of the death could have been prevented of they didnt stand around letting me them talk

Im prior army infantry and law enforcement and i can tell you that none of this would have gone down the way this writer wrote it. The second they made contact with the daughter they would have ordered her to turn around and show her hands and the moment she pulled out the knives and came at them she would have been dropped. Oh and lets no forget about the bus. Stopping vehicles is pretty easy just aim for the god damn driver and engine block. Its not hard, any novice shooter could have taken that thing down and with the level of firearms training the federal field agents have that shit was totally unbelievable! And the MINIGUN a god damn MINIGUN!!! What kind of 80s b movie ripoff was that!!!! Yeah that satanic mountain hillbilly can somehow afford a 100.000 dollar weapon which is strictly military issue and if you where a private citizen would take years to not only get permission from uncle sam but to actually pay for the damn thing and requires a background investigation so extensive that jesus himself would be jealous of it!!! Lets not forget the dudes partner getting shot in the leg the second that hells rejects wannabe reached for anything he would have been dumped on the spot, i mean damn you dont even need him anymore because he already told you where your wife was so hell with it!!! 0000/10!

Love this channel, and love most of these stories. But heavens 90 percent of this one woulda been solved if everyone was even a slight bit more cautious and willing to fire.

I would have emptied all of my clips into them and then letting the father go was so stupid the agent had a opening to take him down.

So the insane guy claimed he and his family had seen all of the universe, implying that that's what made them go bonkers, but later he said that they were just one of several families he had, meaning that either he made up their dramatic origin story or it's a result of the extremely bad writing. The author probably wanted to invoke an existential horror, which already failed because the supposed backstory sounded like something a depressed 14 y/o would come up with, but then changed their mind to a more grounded survivors guilt type horror, resulting in the inconsistency. Overall a pretty mid story.
