@@maybeCrowYT Wave 16 is when they start throwing the really disruptive enemies such as Insurrectionists, Ferrymen, and _especially_ Mindflayers at you, once you reach them it starts getting really tough really fast.

@@gamecavalier3230no, that’s not true. insurrectionists can only come past wave 20, and ferrymen on wave 22.

@@klimtog4369 Lol the video isn't out yet, but the VOD is on my VOD channel! Although P-Ranking Act 2 and P-2 will be split into 3 videos instead of just the one due to the sheer amount of time it took

Act 2 was actually so much harder than I thought it would be lol. I managed to P-Rank Act 1 in around 4-5 hours, but Act 2 took at least double that

Lol yeah, I managed to figure this out whilst P-Ranking act 2, and it was super helpful! Also I tried the SRS cannon a bit, but wasn't too good with the tech of it so I haven't used it all that much

P-2 was the biggest shock of this game, and I'm super excited to make the video for it!

And my reasoning for it is mainly because while Minos 1-for-1 is tougher and has stronger moves, he feels more consistent and less erratic than Gabriel, which allowed me to come up with a pretty consistent strategy, whereas the first time I fought Gabriel it was really just a case of "Random bullshit go!" until I won lol. Another thing is that because Minos announces his moves before he does them, I could prepare for them, whereas Gabriel doesn't do this so it's harder to predict his moves. Gabe 2 is a pushover though, and I'm still genuinely not sure why he's so easy when it's the same moveset as Gabe 1

@@maybeCrowYT well, different players different playthroughs! First time I fought Gabriel I just hated the spear from above, but the rest was very manageable. But Minos just kicked my ass with (at the time) unreasonable speed. It took some time until I was confident in tracking him with my eyes. Now on to P-2!

@@hagnar5871 Good luck with P-2! And yeah, I had that problem with Minos at first too but when I started relying on sound cues rather than sight, it made the fight feel a lot slower and easier

Sisyphus was absolutely brutal to defeat for the first time, but I honestly feel like with practice he'd be easier to beat than Minos since Sisyphus is more consistent in terms of being able to parry him

@@maybeCrowYT hes more parry-able, but some of his moves are hard to just parry and dodge like his four hit combo. as someone whos consistently fought both and trying to p rank sisyphus, sisyphus prime gives you a hell of a more battle than minos.

@@maybeCrowYTplus sisyphus doesnt give you a lot of time to react since he doesn't warn you about moves, he'll attack you while saying it, so you have to be well aware on your feet

Honestly, I'm surprised you found the four-hit combo hard to dodge relative to his other moves, when I streamed, the general opinion, including my own, was that the four hit combo is the easiest to dodge/parry, while "Destroy!" was the most difficult to. In terms of reaction times, for me personally, once I was used to the timing being faster, I learned when specifically in his dialogue he would attack (for example, in "Be gone!" you have to parry when he says "Be") which made the fight feel more manageable. I haven't gone back to P-Rank P-1 or P-2 yet so honestly I can only judge based on my first battles and from what others have told me, but from what I've heard, Sisyphus is the kind of boss where the more you fight him, the easier he becomes, whereas Minos can still catch people off guard. I think the thing I find most interesting about Minos and Sisyphus is that Minos is very much a sprint/dps check, whilst Sisyphus is a marathon, which makes Sisyphus super difficult when P-Ranking primarily trains you to act quickly and offensively. Overall it's a super interesting take and it's cool to see how different people have different experiences with the game!

Finally someone who shares my opinion word for word lol! This has been an ongoing debate between me and my twitch chat since I made this comment, since with Minos it feels like there's a very clear path to victory, whereas with Gabriel when you first encounter him it's honestly just a case of throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks

This terrifies me lol, but to be fair while editing I was trying to figure out if/how a fist only P-1 would be possible. I realised in P-2 you can whiplash to the eyes, so if I can do that in P-1 too I might have a chance, since I could just whiplash and then knuckleblaster them, but I'll have to test this out

Lol I wanted to include my insane idea, I'm honestly trying to figure out if/how it would be possible, and I have an idea based on something you can do with Panopticon, but I'm not sure if it works for the Prison
