Hello angels! My time in iceland has come to an end and I have moved back to France ! I am currently staying in the French countryside to get some peace and calm. There are definitely vlogs to come but I wanted to make a sit down catch up video to talk about finding inner strength, joy and the things I have learned this summer. I feel like we are all going through seasons of change and we must remember that we are faced with obstacles to help us level up and manifest our dreams. Lets keep expanding and growing here. You grounded me today while giving me wings! So many things you said in this video resonated with me. My husband died after a long illness in 2020. He was 54. When I go to his grave I sometimes lie in the grass and ground my heart in his love. While I don't have my own affirmations, I am going to copy some of yours into my journal today: That my inside can regulate the outside world, That I can move from a place of fear to joy and love. I have moved from the suburbs into the city of Boston, MA, USA recently. I have made a few friends, but I like the idea to approach new people with the confidence that they want to be friends with me. I appreciate your videos.

My favorite affirmation lately has been "I am responsible for my life". It made me realize that I am free and that it's up to me to make the choices that move my life in any direction I want. I had been blaming outside circumstances or people for making me feel stuck and forgetting that it's me who is in charge of my own life. Thank you for sharing your light and energy!!!

I love your way of seeing things!!! Because it is not an unrelated happiness, it is just to be aware and actually do things to feel better. i also feel very frustrated because im a designer and i dont have much time with my job to do what i love, but you are right! i am thankful to have a job that helps me provide for my sick cat and that is such a blessing because a couple months ago i couldnt even afford the vet.

You really have cultivated a space where I know I can visit and leave feeling lifted and more optimistic. Thank you Shayna. I’m working to take more control over how I respond to things. I’m looking for a job and that is very stressful, mostly because I’m still carrying ideas about worth and value from my parent and family but… going outside always helps. Always. Exercise too. Even for a few minutes.

Thank you queen for your wise words. As a clairvoyant empath (some days can be very exhausting) I resonated with the words “don’t let people take your energy or happy spirit” you said something along those lines. That resonates with me a lot because I recently have been going through a lot of changes with people I’ve been surrounding myself with.
