As a 47 year old woman watching Vlogs…I’m just looking for authenticity. I wanna see what brings others joy! So when you talked about foreigners filming stuff in Japan that’s just everyday for you…show us the aspects of Japan that spark joy in you. If it’s cleaning your apartment while singing that’s cool…we’re here for you! I think that’s what so many of the young girl vloggers miss…they’re always trying to “create” moments and that’s how it feels staged. Always chasing aesthetic stuff, that’s fine in a still shot. But it misses the mark on film. Just give us you and your unique experience as a Caribbean girl living in Japan for almost two decades! Love you girly! Glad to see you back. 🥰

The bright color ice creams, beautiful green trees, the browns in the architecture , the flowers and so on… you’re sitting on a treasure trove of looks! It’s so relaxing to go along with you …. Can you tell I LOVE JAPAN!!!!

Can I just say, you can vlog your life in Japan…not your visit…your life…so what it looks like to go to the grocery, what prices look like, what parking looks like, what neighborhood houses look like, what the roads look like…etc… it gives those of us on this side of the world a look into that side. Are there stop signs, street lights, etc… I noticed that a lot of the signage was in English in the mall and I was shocked by that, not to mention the black model as I would’ve thought the models would be Japanese dressed like westerners so that they could see how the clothing fits them. It’s always us folk that has to be concerned with junk in the truck😂 so it was interesting to see us being used as a model in that market.

I missed your vlogs!!!!! And yes, the view from the journey hubby sent you on was gorgeous. I need to visit Japan. It’s stunning. I’ve heard of buckwheat noodles and that looks like what the noodles were that y’all ate. From one of the culinary shows, the buckwheat has been used for centuries so that just might be what the Samarais ate. I wish more ladies would speak when traveling. I always say hello to my cousins when I pass. Takes nothing to say hi.

We had a retired taxi driver show us around an entire day from sun up to sun down! He took us to Tokyo showed us around and he showed us around Narita! He treated us like family!
